Sculpting an Experimental Doll Head

Yep, I'm trying to make my own ball jointed doll. I made nothing yet, that head in the pics is just experimental (to see how I would come out trying to make one)~ xDD

The clays I could use are too expensive and I just can't find any of the "cheap substitutes" around here... DDD: So I made a homemade paper clay (a crappy one, by the way) and used to make that experimental head. I have to say, the crappy paper clay I made is very resistent! It take long to break! Even with me pressing the head very tightly ( o3o) And the clay wasn't even totally dry! ( O3O)
So proud of my paper clay, haha! xDD

Anyway. I used a 20mm styrofoam ball to leave the head empty inside~ It worked pretty well, I could cut the head nicely~ (Actually, I had some difficult, because the paper clay was very hard @.@ )
I accidentally broke the head when I was trying to enlarge the back part of the eyes... (QAQ )
Almost cried, seriously. (;^; )

Oh! By the way, the Doll Concept drawing is experimental too (the doll in the drawing is too small, it would be really hard try to make that one as my first doll 8DD).
